Foro combines with Bridge, joining forces for common mission
Foro is excited to announce that we are joining forces with Bridge (formerly owned by Citi). Since inception, both Bridge and Foro have been driven by a common mission: empower SMBs by connecting them with a diverse network of financial institutions.
Together as one company, we will accelerate this mission and expand our impact so more SMBs can get the capital they need.
With this transaction, we are also happy to announce additions to the Foro team. Rohit Mathur will be leading the combined company as CEO of Foro. Harte Thompson will be joining as COO and Caitlin Boyle as VP, Relationship Management.
